BIOBANKING TO IMPLEMENT IT IN SARCOMA PATIENTS

LEADING PARTNER

CONDOR project wants to revolutionize by 2027 the therapeutic management of soft tissue sarcomas patients with 1 coordinator + 7 strategic partners...

The virtual biobanking is the process of collecting, storing, and managing biological samples—like blood, tissue, and DNA—from patients, with the goal of supporting CONDOR research in a virtual way.

CONDOR biobank provides partners with a powerful tool to study sarcoma at a genetic and molecular level. Through access to these samples, researchers can investigate how sarcomas develop, spread, and respond to treatment. Each sample contributes to a deeper understanding that could help scientists find unique markers to diagnose sarcoma earlier and more accurately.

Data related to the samples is securely managed and pseudanonymized to protect privacy. Biobank follows strict guidelines to ensure that all data remains confidential and is used solely for research, fully complying with research laws and regulations.
